About Dan
Dan Mark is an experienced Entertainment Attorney whose practice includes a pioneering Digital Influencer and Social Media Law Practice, all aspects of Entertainment Law from Film and Television to New Media, Distribution, Licensing, and Intellectual Property with a long-standing expertise in Trademarks and Copyrights.
Dan represents Creators, Digital Influencers, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Talent, Social Media Agencies, Producers and Production Companies, Management Companies, Ad Agencies, Content Distributors, Documentarians, Authors, Podcasters, Startups, Software Companies, and Designers and Makers in the Apparel, Fashion and Consumer Products industries.
Dan was previously in-house counsel at leading motion picture film studio Warner Bros., where he handled intellectual property matters for the studio and worked on the successful tentpole films Pacific Rim (2013) directed by Guillermo del Toro and The Lego Movie (2014). Prior to that, he began his legal career with prominent entertainment law firm Greenberg Traurig in Los Angeles. Dan was also a prior winner of the GRAMMY Foundation’s Entertainment Law Initiative writing competition and has been published twice in leading academic legal journals for entertainment law.

Film Career
Dan is also an accomplished film producer, co-producing the film “Sight” currently in post-production and starring Greg Kinnear (“Little Miss Sunshine”) and Terry Chen (“House of Cards”).
Dan also produced the film “Snakehead” starring Sung Kang (“Fast and the Furious” series) which was an official selection at the 2021 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and was released theatrically by Samuel Goldwyn.
