About Nadine
Nadine Chang has decades of employment law expertise and advises both employees and employers on employment law matters.
Prior to starting her own practice, Nadine was in-house at a Fortune 500 commercial real estate company for more than 10 years. As the company's first lawyer engaged solely to focus on employment law, Nadine had responsibility for all lines of business for the Americas (Canada, Latin America, and the US), 33,000+ employees and counting at the time she left. She worked closely with executives, managers, and HR to advise on the full gamut of employment law issues: equal employment opportunity, performance management, hiring, termination, leaves and accommodation, wage and hour, benefits, employee mobility and restrictive covenants, global mobility, and labor relations.
As a result of her work in-house, Nadine is able to advise clients in a practical manner while keeping their risk tolerance in mind. She is attuned to California law, and also able to advise clients with multi-state or multi-national presences.
Nadine previously worked at Morgan Lewis and Seyfarth Shaw before going in-house and then finally opening her own practice.
