About Rachel
Rachel is the founder of Mark and Tan’s pioneering Digital Influencer and Social Media Law practice and has represented leading digital influencers and Instagram talent since 2013.
Rachel’s practice includes entertainment law, media and fashion business transactions, film and television production legal as well as representation of talent from both traditional and new media. Her clients include film producers, television producers and show runners, actors, well-known YouTube fashion personalities and fashion designers.
Rachel’s work includes sponsorship and endorsement agreements with luxury and fashion brands, partnership and cross promotional deals with digital fashion networks and magazine publishers, as well as management agreements for fashion bloggers and online style icons. She also handled production, licensing and distribution agreements for a feature film documentary based on the career of Judd Apatow where she negotiated against studios, agents, and managers for over fifty prominent actors.
Formerly talent herself as an international pageant winner, model, television show host, and film and television actress (including for the Jackie Chan Group, TVB and Astro), Rachel understands uniquely the struggles talent and other creatives face in the entertainment, design and fashion worlds.

Film Career
Rachel is also an accomplished film producer, co-producing the film “Sight” currently in post-production and starring Greg Kinnear (“Little Miss Sunshine”) and Terry Chen (“House of Cards”).
Rachel also produced the Korean co-production film “Heavenquest: A Pilgrim’s Progress” starring South Korean legend Cha In Pyo and beloved Mexican actress Karyme Lozano, which was awarded one of the “12 Best Christian Movies of 2019” by Crosswalk. com and released as a Vudu exclusive in 2020.
